We believe in transparent pricing. Our standard shipping rates apply to all orders across India based on the total order value:
Orders above ₹1,999: Free Standard Shipping across India.
Orders ₹1,999 and below: A flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged at checkout.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) from our central warehouse.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed on the same business day.
If there is any expected delay due to stock availability or public holidays, our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your geographical location in India:
Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 Business Days
North-East, J&K, and Remote Locations: 5 to 8 Business Days
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most serviceable pin codes in India.
To help us secure your shipment, all COD orders require a partial upfront payment of ₹180 at the time of placing the order. This amount is non-refundable and will be adjusted against your final bill value, leaving only the remaining balance to be paid at the time of delivery.
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, our team may reach out via an automated or telephonic verification prompt to confirm your details before dispatch.
As soon as your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking details so you can follow your package in real-time. You can also track your order directly from your Rare Bunnies account dashboard.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times to ensure your package reaches you safely.
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including nearby landmarks and a valid mobile number, to prevent any logistics delays.
If a parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply to schedule a fresh shipment.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a package that appears visibly compromised or heavily tampered with, we kindly recommend that you do not accept the delivery. Please take a photograph or a quick video of the package and immediately contact our Customer Care team at support@rarebunnies.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours so we can resolve it for you right away.
