Questions, answered

How does it attach to my bag?

Each charm comes with a secure clip or keyring attachment that fastens onto most backpack straps, zip-pulls, or bag handles.

What is it made of?

Soft plush fabric with a secure metal clip or keyring attachment — safety-tested to the same standard as our backpacks.

Is it safe for toddlers?

Yes — each charm is EN71 safety tested. As with any small accessory, we recommend adult supervision for children under 3.

How do I clean it?

Spot-clean with a damp cloth. It isn't machine-washable, due to the clip attachment.

How does COD work, and why the ₹180 advance?

Cash on Delivery needs a ₹180 advance to confirm the order — this is non-refundable and simply locks in your slot; you pay the balance when it arrives.

How long does delivery take?

3–5 days across India. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
