Questions, answered

Which age is this for?

Designed for toddlers aged 1–3 years (1–4 on our larger characters). It's one standard size, made to suit most kids in that range.

How do I wash it?

Spot-clean for everyday spills. For a full clean, cold hand-wash with a short cycle — no tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.

How does COD work, and why the ₹180 advance?

Cash on Delivery needs a ₹180 advance to confirm the order — this is non-refundable and simply locks in your slot; you pay the balance when it arrives.

Can I return a personalised bag?

Personalised bags can't be returned or exchanged, since the name tag is fixed to the chain once made. Un-personalised bags can be returned within 14 days.

How long does delivery take?

3–5 days across India. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

Can it be sent directly as a gift?

Yes — every order arrives gift-ready in our rigid magnetic gift box. Ship it straight to the recipient by adding their address at checkout, and add a free gift note.

Is it safe for a toddler?

Yes — every backpack is EN71 tested, made from premium knitted cotton corduroy with a plastic-free exterior.

What is it made of?

Knitted cotton corduroy with a high stitch density, organic cotton where applicable, and a plastic-free exterior. It's a knitted character backpack — never a printed or plush one.

Customer photo review of Milo The Cat Toddler Backpack

I was looking for gifts for my nieces and nephews and chanced upon this site and immediately made purchase, twice. The bags are so cute. Response from seller was prompt, customer service recovery was very good. Delivery was prompt too with items packed securely. Definitely worth a buy, or in my case, more than once.
